On this Independence Day, it's important to pause and reflect on the history and the future of our country. This fake pie is a replica of a style often done for this particular holiday, using cherries and blueberries to represent our flag colors. This day is about our country's birthday and a remembrance of how our country was founded, protected, governed and maybe just as importantly, where it's future is headed. I'm sure you'll be seeing flags in abundance as well as fireworks this weekend, and maybe even eat some pie that looks like a flag. While enjoying your time with family and friends, take a moment to reflect on the many birthday's America has had and where the next one might take us. Happy Birthday America!
